The Diamond Package:
We can only do 50 roofs like this a year. This available on limited basis. We remove the entire roof down to the bare wood, we check the integrity of every board, we remove and replace any rotted wood, we remove all the flashings and replace with all new flashing. We install all new heavy duty synthetic underlayment and all new roofing materials with new drip edges. We install new gutters and downspouts. We install new gutter guard so you never have to clean gutters ever again or worry about your roof again. A complete system.
The Gold Package:
This available to most customers. We remove the entire roof down to the bare wood, we remove and replace any rotted wood, only replace any damaged flashings and replace with new flashing. We install all new synthetic underlayment and all new Architectural shingles with new drip edges. We secure and reinforce the gutters to make sure they don't leak.
